Milk is delivered for production with the company’s own transport – 48 milk trucks with the total volume of nearly 250 t.

Before milk is pumped out, it goes through careful control in an accredited production laboratory that checks the fat content, acidity, density, purity and temperature of milk, the presence of inhibiting substances and somatic cells, carries out organoleptic assessment of taste and smell, examines the thermal stability of milk and evaluates protein content. If milk meets the DSTU 3662-97 requirements, it is accepted in accordance with the quality grades: extra, supreme and first.
