All products are made from organic fresh milk without vegetable additives using modern technology and observing traditional Ukrainian technologies preserving all taste qualities, vitamin and protein composition as well as energy value.

The products are certified with regard to their compliance with the State Standards of Ukraine, and the plant is inspected four times a year by the regional sanitary station as well as by the standardization and metrology center.

A quality management system, ISO 9001-2009, is in place and functioning as well as a food safety management system, HACCP - DSTU ISO 22000:2007 (ISO 22000:2005).
