Sweet Cream Butter “Liubytelske”  is made from pasteurized natural cream in pre-packed and in block form.

Sweet Cream Butter Extra  is made from pasteurized natural cream in pre-packed and in block form.

Soft Cheese

Cheese “ZDOROVIA” soft in vacuum packing is made from cow milk by fermentation with lactic acid bacteria adding milk coagulating enzyme and culinary salt.

Cheese “ZDOROVIA” soft in vacuum packing is made from cow milk by fermentation with lactic acid bacteria adding milk coagulating enzyme and culinary salt.

Cheese “ZDOROVIA” soft with paprika in vacuum packing packing is made from cow milk by fermentation with lactic acid bacteria adding milk coagulating enzyme, dried paprika and culinary salt.

Cheese “ZDOROVIA” is a soft lactic cheese having a cylindrical form with 20% milk fat in dry substance.

Cheese “ADYHEISKYI” is a soft lactic cheese having a cylindrical form with 45% milk fat in dry substance.

Brynza

Cheese “BRYNZA” soft in vacuum packing is made from cow milk by fermentation with lactic acid bacteria adding milk coagulating enzyme and culinary salt.

Cheese “BRYNZA” with paprika and herbs soft in vacuum packing is made from cow milk by fermentation with lactic acid bacteria adding milk coagulating enzyme, dried paprika and herbs in different proportions (dill, parsley), and culinary salt.

Sour Cream

Sour cream made from pasteurized natural cream by fermentation with bacterial starter.

Milk

Cow milk for drinking 2.5% fat is a full-value natural product made by pasteurizing whole cow milk.

Riazhanka

Riazhanka 2.5% fat is a fermented milk product with a distinct taste and color of baked milk made by pasteurizing cow milk and adding a starter of pure lactic acid bacteria.

Yoghurt

Yoghurt with fruit and berry filling 2.5% fat is a healthy fermented milk product made from pasteurized caw milk, sugar, pure lactic acid bacteria, stabilizer, fruit and berry filling.

Whey

Whey is a milk by-product received in the process of cheese production. Milk whey contains vitamins А, В2, С, Е as well as Са, Mg and probiotic bacteria. One liter of whey contains 60% of an adult’s daily calcium need and covers nearly the entire need for В2 vitamin as well as 40% of the daily need for potassium.

Kefir

Low-fat kefir is a dietary fermented milk drink. It is made by pasteurizing low-fat cow milk with the addition of pure lactic acid bacteria ferment.

Kefir 3.2% fat is a dietary fermented milk drink. It is made by pasteurizing low-fat cow milk with the addition of pure lactic acid bacteria ferment.

Cottage Cheese

Sweet Creamed Cottage Cheese “SELIANSKA” with natural fruit filling is made by fermentation of pasteurized cow milk with pure lactic acid bacteria enzyme adding natural fruit filling, sugar and vanillin.

Sweet fat-free cottage cheese with raisins and vanillin vanillin is made by fermentation of pasteurized cow milk with pure lactic acid bacteria enzyme adding sugar, raisins and vanillin.

Sweet fat-free cottage cheese with vanillin is made by fermentation of pasteurized cow milk with pure lactic acid bacteria enzyme adding sugar and vanillin.

Low fat cottage cheese is made by fermentation of fatless cow milk with pure lactic acid bacteria.
